Please answer the question.

Assalamualaikum,

Well, a year has passed and where in the world are we now guys? (you know the questions are asked especially to SPM 2010 mainly from MJSC KKB). For most of us, yang ambil SPM 9 subjects and science stream lah kan, 8th December 2010 was the last day in school dengan mengharungi Bio paper 1, 2 and 3. Then kita semua get ready to say goodbye and farewell to all of our memories together in the school. For most of us, 5 years. Living in boarding school is a great difference than hidup budak kementerian pelajar sekolah harian. They don't get to feel the bond that we created among us for years and years. 

You know, parents can only know what you are telling them or what've they heard somewhere. The teachers knows what they have been observing and listening. Kinda like the kids that grows up in front of your very own eyes. But these kids, now a young adult, spent a whole lot greater deal of time with you. Yelah, bayangkan. Bila bangun dari tidur, the first one you see is not your family or your teachers (well sometimes wardens yang kita nampak dulu. Dengan rotan di tangan. sebab kita bangun lambat) but your friends. 

And it's kinda normal to think for their kebajikan as well. Kita akan kejut mereka bangun tidur dan berusaha sehingga berjaya, then pergi siap-siap, keep in mind all the time in the bathroom you see a lot of them too. Then, kita akan go to breakfast (if sempat), then pergi roll call, then naik atas ke kelas untuk tunggu teachers (sebab kelas kat MRSM KKB atas bukit). During all that time, the one we cari first thing in the morning are our best friends, then we talked and talked and talked sampai berpisah went we need to go to class. Imagine that when you are living with your family, especially dalam big bathroom like we went to. Seriously, no one is singing out loud when you are in the shower; tak payah tunggu turn kat sink; tak perlu risau bila keluar dari shower, friends gonna smack your back with a handful of sabun.

Tak cerita lagi bila kat kelas you get to see all the girls, then turun minum pagi, potong line or beratur ikut peraturan (well, coz  makan free and normally orang tak eat breakfast), beli addtional food di koperasi, naik balik kelas and then segera berlari nak lunch cepat just so that boleh tidur kejap before prep. Then naik atas again (after kawan kejut and mandi) and buat homework or ada C.O.S., then turun bawah and go straight to room, tukar baju and hangout. Then makan malam (kalau rajin or lapar gila!), then mandi and go to surau for compulsory Maghrib and Isya' prayer. Lepas tu prep malam. Speaking of prep malam, kalau ada pengumuman prep malam dibatalkan.... MEMANG HAVEN! 

Well, I'm thinking of the baju we guys wore during those time. Baju kolar tucked-in and slacks and kasut, baju melayu with or without butang and slacks and sandals, and bags yang pakai pagi petang siang malam. Gosh! I missed those days!!

Now, we come again to my first question: Where are we now guys? Are we still the same guys yang main-main masa buat experiments? Are we still the same guys yang go to teachers' lounge just nak aircond or nak jumpa dengan cikgu to ask question or just nak berborak? Are we still the same guys yang pagi petang siang malam carry the same burden and running to the same goal nak kan yang terbaik for big examinations? Are we the same caring friend yang tolong kejut, tapau makanan from DS, amik buah lebih, celup gelas dalam tong air, minta kuah lebih and things like that? If we are not, where are we now guys?

Kat mana mentaliti kita sekarang? Masih inginkan keseronokan dan kebebasan macam yang kita nak time F5 dulu? Masih berada di tahap yang sama dengan ilmu yang kita dah gain selama 5 years in high school? Take Bio for example. Ilmu yang kita tungkus-lumus belajar dulu tu, masih di tahap yang sama... atau dah berkurang? BM, kita masih berusaha nak buat karangan dengan bahasa bombastic dan idea bernas? Do we really care dengan ilmu yang pernah kita gain? Kita pakai tak? Apply tak dalam hidup sekarang? Itu belum cerita dengan ilmu yang kita gain lepas SPM. Ada kita tambah ilmu Physics, like on radio active dacay, and whatsoever just to make sure dia tak hilang? Ada kita bercerita mengenai Kerajaan Agraria and Kerajaan Maritim yang kita belajar time lower form and upper form? Ada?

How about our devotion to Islam or your devotion towards your own belief? Time nak ambil SPM dulu, solat berusaha tak tinggal, siap solat sunat hajat and rawatib bagai. Puasa Isnin Khamis kalau boleh. Baca Al-Quran at least 3 pages a day. Baca doa before belajar (siap meaning and pujian kepada Allah and Rasulullah lagi). Give greetings and say thank you to yur teachers or lecturers whenever they come in or go out. Baca Asma' Al-Husna pagi-pagi. Sebelum masuk dewan peperiksaan, baca doa. Bila nak langkah masuk, langkah kaki kanan and tawakal. Ada kita buat lagi hari ni? Ada kita buat semua tu? or ada, at least, kita still buat most of them? Ada?

So again, where are we now guys?
